La 21ème #7 07-09-13

The 5733 hebrew new year's seemed like a perfect date to celebrate our "rentrée" after a summer vacation.
We didn't want to be didactically traditional but still we couldn't help being inspired by this day's special and diverse cuisine heritage. To pay tribute to tradition and to wish everybody a sweet and successful year, we started up our dinner by dipping apples in honey (and some vinaigrette...our innovation)

At last, for the first time, weather allowed us to drink apperitifs on the side walk
